ACURIS Attorneys at Law is a non-trading partnership under German law (“Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts”). Each lawyer has the authority to individually advise and represent the client in and out of court. In other matters, i.e. in general business transactions, ACURIS Attorneys at Law is exclusively represented by the partners, to call by name: Dr. Hubert Krieger, Dr. Anja Katharina Nöth, Dr. Dirk Stahlberg, Dr. Gerd Müller-Volbehr, in doing so, each of whom is entitled to individually represent the non-trading partnership.
