Company law is a key focus of our law firm. For many years, six of our attorneys-at-law have advised entrepreneurs as well as small and mid-sized family-owned and listed companies on all company law, group law and corporate governance issues that may affect the management, executive board and advisory board. We support our clients in their efforts to reorganize, unbundle group structures, restructure and take capital measures.
For twenty years now, the ACURIS team has advised listed stock companies on preparing and conducting annual general meetings.
We also represent companies, shareholders and executive bodies in all kinds of company law disputes, such as cases of directors’ and officers’ liability as well as corporate actions in rescission.

- Preparing and conducting annual general meetings and shareholder meetings, including counseling on capital market legislation
- Restructuring: mergers, demergers and spin-offs of corporate divisions, change of the legal form, controlling agreements and profit-and-loss transfer agreements
- Corporate litigation – representation in court and in courts of arbitration in cases of directors’ and officers’ liability as well as shareholder disputes, for example in the field of legislation governing defects in shareholders’ resolutions
- Company law for physicians, hospitals and health centers (framework conditions of the law governing provisions for panel doctors and professions), including counseling during the founding, joining, acquiring and selling process of such facilities
